1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Dispatch Pilot, concerning your access to and use of the "Dispatch Pilot" Google Chrome extension (the "Extension"). You agree that by accessing the Extension, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Extension and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. USER OBLIGATIONS
As a user of the Extension, you agree to use the Extension responsibly, and in a manner that is in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not use the Extension for any unlawful purpose. You are expressly prohibited from compiling and using other Users' personal information, available via the Extension, for the purpose of direct marketing or spamming.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Extension is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Extension (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
